Going the Extra Mile in Crystal Spring

When the owners of a hometown garage located in Crystal Spring, Pennsylvania, were in need of hard-to-locate parts for their truck, they turned to the team at Five Star International’s Johnstown branch to guide them through the process.

Recently, Fischer’s Garage was looking for replacement brake drums for its 2004 International® 4300 SBA Rollback that were discontinued from International, but still available through aftermarket vendors. After exhaustive searches, Fischer’s was discovering their searches for these brake drums were either turning up out of stock or extremely expensive. That’s when they called on the team at Five Star to help with the search.

After a brief conversation, the Five Star Parts team leveraged its experience and was quickly able to cross Fischer’s Garage over into brake drums that the branch had available in stock and at a more affordable price point. And the Five Star parts rep delivered the brake drums right to their shop quickly, keeping their truck in service.
